Many new and small business owners ask me if they really need a blog. And the answer is YES!
This marketing secret SUPERSTAR is overlooked a lot when it shouldn't be.
Location is a big part of success, right? And you want people to know about your online location.
You may have heard about a little word: SEO. This means: Search Engine Optimization
Is your website search engine optimized? What is a search engine? Examples are Google, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Saffari.
Have you ever wondered how Google picks what sites to show you? If you ask Google "what color is the sky?" the 'bots' in the background will start scanning its massive index, searching for the websites that answer your question the best. It's going to filter those results and show you the pages most compatible with your search.

Keywords are important. It's not going to bring up websites that have nothing to do with the sky. It's also going to recognize if a site has a lot of activity, and show those sites first, because they appear reliable with higher volumes of traffic.
You can probably guess where I'm going with this.
If you have a blog with relevant business information that people are looking for, Google will notice you.
When people come to your site, you look like a business boss. If you link to other websites that verify your info, you help solidify their credibility and build your own.
I get it, the idea of writing articles for your website can be overwhelming and time consuming, especially if that's just not your thing.
That's ok!
I write blogs optimized for search engines. By using keyword planning and building backlinks, I can support and develop your online presence and help Google and other search engines pick you.
Below is a link to my contact page and you can check out the other ways I can help through building brand awareness, which is really important, and social media marketing.
Bye for now!
